1. Return Window
- We offer a 7-Day Return/Replacement Policy. You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return or replacement.
2. Eligibility Requirements for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags, user manuals, and accessories intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items on clearance/sale or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
4. Process for Returns & Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please email us immediately at [email protected] with your Order Number and clear photos or an unboxing video of the item.
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (where applicable) at no extra cost to you.
5. Refunds Timeline
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: The refund amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Wallet) within 5-7 business days.
